JOHN PYE & SONS has officially opened in the West Midlands with a launch event held in Birmingham, attended by more than 100 guests from Banking, Finance, Insolvency and Law.
The event was held at The Living Room in Broad Street, Birmingham, near Pyes' Birmingham office in Victoria Square.
Since its operational opening in June, the office has secured 245 instructions before any marketing activity. It is headed up by well established and respected Auctioneer & Valuer, Bob Beaumont, a former secretary of the UK's National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers.
Bob retains an active role within NAVA, raising the profile of the organisation; helping to develop new and young Auctioneers and Valuers, as well as organising national events and lobbying Government on industry matters.

John Pye & Sons MD Adam Pye said: "It is very early days but already in just over four months the office has secured 245 instructions; which is an encouraging statistic. The Birmingham team is supported by more than 50 staff from our Head Office incorporating Auctioneers, Valuers, Marketers, IT, Logistics and Accounts staff.
"The West Midlands is a big region with a significant industrial heartland at its core. It is an area in which we have found ourselves working in on cases more and more over the years, so this development is a natural progression of John Pye & Sons' organic growth and testament to our dedicated team of staff."
